Six miniature books housed in a marbled paper covered board slipcase, letterpress printed and handbound. Three are numbered '28' and three are numbered '29' of an edition limited to 100 copies of each. Printed over a period of three years, each book is a miniature alphabet book featuring words relating to printing and typography. Each has a specific theme and each is set in a different typeface: Book 1: 'Type Designers' in Old Style Italic (No. 28, 1995); Book 2: 'Typefaces' in Playbill (No. 29, 1995); Book 3: 'Typefounders' in Round Serif 9 (No. 29, 1996); Book 4: 'Typographic Words' in Sans Condensed (No. 29, 1996); Book 5: 'Typecasting' in Winchester (No. 28, 1997); Book 6: 'Parts of the Press' in Sans Bold Italic (No. 28, 1997).
