Copy lettered 'D', being one of 26 deluxe copies lettered A to Z (from a total edition of 114 copies of which 75 were numbered standard copies, 5 were presentation copies and 8 were reserved for the author, artist, printer and publisher). SIGNED by the author and the artist on the colophon. The edition was printed using Centaur type on Fedrigoni Tintorreto paper, and bound at the Fine Book Bindery. Quarter blue leather with blue cloth covered boards and matching cloth covered slipcase, both the front cover of the book and the front panel of the slipcase having an inset printed label, pale blue endpapers. Quarto, 10¼" x 11", pp. [40] with 16 copperplate etchings (including the frontispiece).
