One of an edition limited to 310 copies set in Van Dijck by Peter Sanderson on Zerkall paper. Gift inscription from the publisher ('Simon, Chris and Ben') in light pencil on the front free endpaper. Red quarter cloth, wood veneer boards with gilt monogram on the upper board, spine with printed label, by Smith Settle. Small Folio, pp. [2 blank] [1-4] 5-50 [51-53] [blank] [limitation page] [3 blank] with a wood-engraved frontispiece and illustrations, tipped-in plates, some in colour. Now with a custom-built slipcase by Christopher Shaw.
