One of 40 copies bound in full goatskin and numbered '20'. Full beige goatskin binding with all block edges and lettering to spine gilt, marbled endpapers, brown silk page marker. Housed in cloth covered slipcase. Spine lettering variant showing 'Peninusular' instead of 'Peninsula', identified as first state binding of first public edition. Quarto. pp. [xxxii], 144. Brown paper folder, within slipcase, with three full colour maps which accompanied the original report.
