One of 200 copies printed by hand by Simon Lawrence at his Fleece Press on an 1853 Hopkinson and Cope Albion Press. Set in Van Dijck type and printed on Barcham Green Charter Oak paper. Brown paper covered boards with printed paper labels to the upper board and spine, grey endpapers. Quarto, 255 x 170 mm, pp. [8] 16 [8, including the colophon].
