Original brown cloth, lettering to the upper board in blind, black and gilt, gilt lettering to the spine, light brown endpapers. Clear, removable, archival protective sleeve fitted to the illustrated dust-jacket. Folio, 355 x 280 mm., pp. 112 including 33 plates and 20 other illustrations. TOGETHER WITH the original prospectus, order form and a compliments slip laid in.
