Special Edition, two volumes in a paper chemise. Copy number '31' of 75 copies (from a total edition of 175 copies), with both volumes bound using printed and decorated covers of hand made paper from Two Rivers Paper at Watchet in Somerset. Card pocket affixed to the front free endpaper of the first volume with a photograph within. Printed label to the spine of the first volume. The second volume contains additional pages, supplementing the first volume, the latter having the same content as the standard edition. Both volumes are Small Quarto, 10½" x 7½", the first volume pp. [p108] fully illustrated and with numerous ephemera tipped-in and laid in; the second volume pp. [32] again, fully illustrated with ephemera tipped-in and laid-in.
