One of an edition limited to 280 copies, set in Modern No. 7 by Peter Sanderson on Zerkall. Orange quarter linen, patterned boards, spine with printed label. Quarto. pp. six colour plates, two photographic portraits in sepia, numerous illustrations. Together with three additional wood-engravings in brown printed wrappers with separate title page and a grey portfolio containing nine colour plates with the title colour plate "Royal Flush" mounted on the upper cover. All housed in a cloth solander box, spine with printed label.
