Volume II, copy number '90' of 190 copies bound in brown cloth with a printed dust-jacket. Volume III, copy number. The text of Volume I was set in Monotype 12 / 14pt Van Dijck by Stan Lane at Gloucester Typesetting and printed on 148 gsm Mohawk Superfine paper on a Heidelberg cylinder press. The enpapers are also Mohawk Superfine. The text of Volume II was type-set in Van Dijkck MT Pro and printed on 148 gsm Mohawk Superfine at Pureprint Ltd on an HP Indigo Press.
