Three Volumes each in an edition limited to 250 numbered copies, signed by the author on the colophon. Volume I, copy number '95' of 190 copies bound in brown cloth with a printed dust-jacket;. Volume II, copy number '90' of 190 copies bound in brown cloth with a printed dust-jacket. Volume III, copy number. The text of Volume I was set in Monotype 12 / 14pt Van Dijck by Stan Lane at Gloucester Typesetting and printed on 148 gsm Mohawk Superfine paper on a Heidelberg cylinder press. The enpapers are also Mohawk Superfine. The text of Volume II was type-set in Van Dijkck MT Pro and printed on 148 gsm Mohawk Superfine at Pureprint Ltd on an HP Indigo Press.
