One of an edition limited to 1500 copies of which only about 200 were issued in a blue cover (as here), the rest being in cream. 168 x 145 mm, card wrapper printed letterpress with a wavy TC pattern in blue, with 8 sewn-in pages of (probably) Stow paper printed offset, with titles in red; one illustration.
