Sole Edition, one of 300 copies of which 250 were for sale. Publisher's quarter brown cloth and decorative paste paper made up by Clare Maziarczyk in New York, orange-brown endpapers. The text was set by Bill Hughes at Solo-Type in 12 and 11 point Baskerville, and was printed on Zerkall paper in February 1991. Complete with a reproduction of 'The Pink Man' in a pocket forming part of the rear paste-down. Printed label to spine. All in a blue-paper covered board slipcase. Quarto. pp. [2] [1-6] 7-108 [8].
