In addition, there were twenty six copies lettered A-Z were produced but not for sale, and four over-run copies. Ten leaves sewn into black wove paper wrappers with French marble paper dust-jacket, black lettering on a white wove paper label which extends onto the rear panel of the dust-jacket.
