Printed on Zerkall mould-made paper, typeset by Speedspools, Edinburgh and bound by The Fine Bindery, Wellingborough. Quarter red cloth over illustrated paper-covered boards, gilt lettering and rules to the spine. Small Quarto, 265 x 185 mm, pp. [16] 1-29 [blank] [colophon] [3, blank]. All housed on a matching paper-covered board slipcase
