Pink endpapers and pink printed paper label to the front coberHand-set in 14 point Caslon and printed on Arches paper. The illustrations were printed by lithography at the Senecio Press. Pink paper covered board slipcase. Quarto, pp. [12] 48 [colophon] [device] [2, blank] with eighteen illustrations by Ardizzone.
