Printed on Zerkall paper using 12pt Baskerville metal type cast by Paekakariki Press, with the press work being done by Graham Moss of Incline Press. Quarter green buckram over decorative paste paper covered boards with paper labels to the spine and upper board. Quarto, 280 x 200 mm, pp. [half-title] [blank] [illustrated title-page] [editorial notes] [22] [colophon] [blank] with eight acrylic engraving illustrations printed on a Dad built intaglio press.
