Copy number '13' of an edition limited to 50 numbered copies printed by Ursula Freeman at The Redlake Press on Zerkall mould made paper using a Vandercook proofing press. Quarter blue cloth over marbled paper covered boards, grey endpapers, gilt lettering to the spine. Narrow Quarto, 270 x 165 mm, pp. [52] with twelve wood engravings by Caroline Chappel.
